After growing up in Northeastern Pennsylvania, I moved to the New Haven, Ct. area. There I began investing in multifamily and rehab property and worked in mortgage financing.
In 1992, I visited Cancun and have been living here year round ever since.
In 1996 I founded Cancun Properties Real Estate Magazine and four years later the website www.cancunpropertiesonline.com. After establishing valuable contacts in the real estate industry, I found I had more interest in real estate sales.
In 2003 I joined Realcorp Real Estate as a partner. Through this well established company I gained valuable knowledge and found my interest in working with buyers.
In 2004 I opened my own company, Cancun Properties Real Estate and work as a Buyer Broker specializing in pre-construction condominium sales. I am a member of A.M.P.I. (The Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals)and also an international affiliate of NAR(National Association of Realtors).
